Dear Jim and Linda,

We need your help!

Calling individuals, teams, classes, and groups! Please feel free to share!

We need 50 individuals, teams, classes, groups, etc to volunteer to adopt a table — to put together a “centerpiece” for a table for the upcoming annual Senior Adult Christmas gathering. We hold this annual gathering for Lee Co. Senior Adults to come out and gather information regarding health and safety, eat lunch and be entertained by Kay Bain and the Bel-Air Bootscooters. This is a free event to them (Lee County Senior Citizens)!

Here is where we need your help. We are hoping you will adopt a table!! The centerpieces will also be given as door prizes to the Senior Adults at this event.

The centerpiece is up to you! It can be as simple or elaborate as you would like. (just keep in mind that it will need to be something they can easily take with them). Candles, candy, greenery … it is up to YOU!!

Event date is Nov. 30 for the Senior event. Set-up will be 8:30 that morning before the seniors arrive.

We need your help! We want to hear from you! If you or your group would like to adopt a table, please email your information so we can contact you!! Cut off date for this will be Nov. 18 or until all tables are spoken for.

If you are wondering if you can do this, a search of Christmas table centerpieces turned up some simple, clever ideas!

Thank you, in advance!

Sincerely ,

Jim Johnson,

Lee County Sheriff
