Hutchins ranks with approximately 2,200 high school seniors from across the United States who are  some of the most accomplished students in the country.

The semifinalists are now in the running for $3 million in college scholarships that the Coca-Cola foundation will award this spring. Scholars will also attend the Coca-Cola Scholars Weekend (April 12-15, 2012) at the Scholars Foundation's expense during which time they will interview for one of 50 National Scholar awards of $20,000. The remaining 200 scholars will receive regional scholar awards valued at $10,000.
